Payment arrangements must be made prior to bidding, with cash required for first-time buyers.

Buyers are responsible for organizing livestock pickup and transportation following the sale.
Ottawa Livestock Exchange offers weekly livestock auctions, herd dispersals, and special Bred Cow and Stocker/Feeder Cattle sales throughout the year.
Sellers can deliver animals after 6:00 AM on sale day, with arrangements available for early drop-offs through the office staff. Buyers are responsible for arranging transportation following the sale, and feed and yardage charges begin the day after purchase for animals remaining onsite.
Payment arrangements must be made prior to bidding, and first-time buyers are required to pay by cash. All payments are issued by cheque and mailed if not picked up in person.
If you are buying or selling at the auction, you are welcome to attend; however, space is limited and access may be restricted if necessary. Please note that Ottawa Livestock Exchange is not open to the general public.
